Safeteams welcomes new Co-Founder, Adam Raynes, to lead next phase of growth and innovation
Safeteams is proud to share an important milestone in our journey: Adam Raynes has joined the business as Co-Founder, bolstering our leadership team as we continue to expand our product and grow our presence across high-risk industries.
Adam brings a wealth of experience from sectors such as construction, power, equipment hire and property development. With a long history of founding and scaling successful companies, he has built a reputation for turning smart ideas into practical, operational businesses. His hands-on approach and strong commercial instincts make him a natural fit for the next stage of Safeteams’ evolution.
New Safeteams Co-Founder, Adam Raynes
“Safeteams is already making safety easier for teams across Australia. I’m excited to help take things further and deliver even more value for the people who rely on us every day.”
Logd officially joins the Safeteams platform
Adam’s appointment aligns with another significant moment for our company: the integration of Logd, Adam’s workforce management platform, into Safeteams.
Logd advanced features will enhance the Safeteams platform
After extensive conversations with customers, it became clear that time, attendance and rostering capabilities would add meaningful value to the Safeteams experience. Logd’s advanced features — originally built to support complex, remote workforce management in construction — have now been fully embedded into our platform.
The result is a more connected, streamlined system that brings safety and workforce management together in one place.
Stronger leadership for stronger impact
Safeteams Co-Founder Kane Lander says Adam’s arrival is perfectly timed.
“Safeteams has always focused on helping organisations protect their people in a simple, modern and practical way. Adam’s industry experience and success building technology-led solutions make him the ideal partner as we continue to scale. This is a big step forward for our customers and for the future of Safeteams.”
With Kane’s deep understanding of the transport sector and Adam’s extensive background spanning construction, mining, energy and infrastructure, Safeteams now brings together a rare and powerful combination of industry insight and entrepreneurial capability.
A platform evolving to meet the needs of modern teams
Safeteams is currently developing a suite of new features that will continue to simplify safety and compliance for businesses of all sizes. Several of these enhancements will be launched through our new Silver and Gold plans in early 2026, designed to give organisations more flexibility and control without the complexity of traditional systems.
Adam says he’s energised by the opportunity ahead.
“Safeteams is already making safety easier for teams across Australia. I’m excited to help take things further and deliver even more value for the people who rely on us every day.”
Staying true to our mission
Even as our platform grows, our focus remains the same: supporting organisations to keep their people safe with simple, smart and effective tools that work where real work happens — on the ground.
We look forward to sharing more updates soon as this next phase unfolds.
